At USA Supplies Hub, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality roofing materials and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please review the guidelines below before making a purchase.
Because we supply wholesale roofing materials directly from manufacturers and distributors, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
✔ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
✔ Damaged or Defective Items – If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturer defect.
✔ Order Discrepancy – If there is a shortage or incorrect quantity upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 2 for details).
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at returns@usa.supplies within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide the following details:
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
🚫 Custom or Special-Order Materials (e.g., custom color shingles, made-to-order supplies)
🚫 Used or Installed Items (including partially used roofing materials)
🚫 Bulk Orders & Palletized Shipments (unless an error was made on our end)
🚫 Products with Manufacturer Warranty (warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer)
✔ If your return is approved, we will provide:
✔ If a return is required, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after approval.
