Returns Policy

At USA Supplies Hub, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality roofing materials and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please review the guidelines below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because we supply wholesale roofing materials directly from manufacturers and distributors, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
Damaged or Defective Items – If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturer defect.
Order Discrepancy – If there is a shortage or incorrect quantity upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 2 for details).

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at returns@usa.supplies within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Description of the issue
    3️⃣ Our team will review the claim and respond within 3 business days.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

🚫 Custom or Special-Order Materials (e.g., custom color shingles, made-to-order supplies)
🚫 Used or Installed Items (including partially used roofing materials)
🚫 Bulk Orders & Palletized Shipments (unless an error was made on our end)
🚫 Products with Manufacturer Warranty (warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer)

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement product (if available), or
  • A store credit for future purchases, or
  • A refund to the original payment method (if applicable)

If a return is required, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after approval.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once materials have been processed for shipment, cancellations are not allowed.
  • If an order is canceled before processing, a 5% processing fee may apply.
