At USA Supplies Hub, Inc., we provide fast, reliable, and flexible shipping options to meet the needs of roofing contractors and suppliers. We offer next-day shipping on eligible orders and allow customers to choose ground delivery or direct-to-roof delivery for added convenience.

1. Shipping Options & Coverage

Next-Day Shipping – Available on select products when ordered before [cutoff time] (subject to availability).
Ground Delivery or Roof Delivery – Choose whether materials are delivered to the ground or directly to the roof for an easier installation process.
Nationwide Shipping – We ship to all 50 states, including job sites, warehouses, and commercial locations.
Freight & Bulk Order Delivery – For large orders, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers to ensure safe transport.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

📦 Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
🚚 Delivery Estimates:

  • Next-Day Shipping – Available for select products when ordered before [cutoff time].
  • Standard Shipping1-3 business days (varies based on location).
  • Freight Shipments3-7 business days for bulk orders.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain factors.

3. Shipping Costs & Quotes

  • Shipping rates vary based on order size, weight, and delivery method.
  • A shipping estimate will be included in your custom quote.
  • Roof delivery may incur additional fees depending on the job site location and material weight.

4. Receiving & Inspection Policy

🚨 IMPORTANT: Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery!

  • If selecting roof delivery, ensure a safe and accessible site for unloading.
  • Before signing for your delivery, inspect all items for damage, shortages, or incorrect materials.
  • If there are any issues, note them on the delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Freight & Large Orders

  • Large orders require a commercial delivery address with a dock or forklift for unloading.
  • If no dock or forklift is available, a liftgate service may be required (additional charges may apply).
  • If a delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Restricted Shipping Areas

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some remote locations may require additional transit time.
  • Contact us if you need special arrangements for Hawaii or Alaska orders.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • If you have questions about your shipment, contact your dedicated account manager.
